Cabbage leaves stuffed with seasoned beef and baked in a delicious tomato veggie sauce, these Cabbage Rolls are so easy to make and the perfect comfort dish! Each bite is meaty, juicy, and perfectly balanced flavors.

Ingredients:
  • 1 count Cabbage
  • 2 lb. Beef
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Soaked Bread
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 2 count Eggs
  • 4 slice Bacon
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Celery Root
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage Water
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch Water
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the base of the cabbage and cook cabbage in boiling water for 8 minutes. Set aside.

Combine the beef with salt, pepper, onion, nutmeg, eggs and soaked bread. Form the beef mixture into ball shape.

And fill individual cabbage leaves with beef ball.

Wrap each cabbage ball with bacon.

Add olive oil in a skillet. Add onion, carrot, celery root, tomato paste, and cabbage water.

Season with salt and pepper and pour the sauce over the cabbage ball. Bake for 375°F/190°C for 45 minutes.

Sift the sauce into a skillet. Add corn starch water. Sir well and cooked. And pour it over the cabbage ball.
