This fantastic fishburger is completely delicious. Home-backed buns with fresh fried trout and a crunchy, tasty salad inside. You won’t regret trying!

Ingredients:
  • 35 Oz. Flour
  • 2.1 Cup Milk
  • 0.8 Cup Water, hot
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1.2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Large Trout
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 Large Egg yolks
  • 1/2 Medium White cabbage
  • 1/2 Medium Lilac cabbage
  • 1 Large Red bell pepper
  • 3 Large Tomatoes
Directions:

Mix the milk with hot water. Mix in sugar and yeast.

Sift the flour. Add salt to it and mix.

Mix the milk with the flour. Add melted butter and knead the dough.

Cover the surface of the dough with melted butter and let it rise to double size.

Divide the dough into 5 equal sizes. Create buns from them. Put them on a tray, cover, and let them rise.

Cut the trout in half. Take out the splinters. Cut into 6 equal pieces.

Season them with salt, black pepper.

Mix the egg yolks with milk and paste them on the top of the buns. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake at F for x minutes.

Shred half of white and half of lilac cabbage. Slice the red bell pepper. Slice the tomatoes. Chop the dill. Mix them and season with salt and pepper.

Squeeze half lemon on top of the salad.

Fry the trout slices on some oil in a pan. Fry until golden brown.

Cut the baked buns in half. Grill them on the pan or in the oven for a few minutes.

Add a piece of trout on the top of a half bun, add salat on the top and cover with the second half of the bun.
