Ingredients:
  • 17 oz. Rice
  • 1 Whole Turkey
  • 10 Large Carrots
  • 5 Large Onion
  • 15 Medium Potatoes
  • 4 Large Green chili
  • 6 Medium Dried red peppers
  • 10 oz. Spinach
  • Spices mixture
  • 1 tbsp. Coriander
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Dried chili
Directions:

Clean the vegetables. Cut the potatoes, carrots, onions.

Cut the turkey into bigger pieces.

Wash the rice.

Prepare a mix of spices. Crush them in a mortar. Paste the mix onto the turkey pieces.

Take a big frying pan and add some oil into it. When the oil is hot, add the turkey and fry on a lower heat.

After frying a little add the chopped onion, again fry for a while, and add the sliced carrot.

Fry again for a while and add the potatoes cut in halves. Then add the green chili cut in halves and dried pepper. Fry altogether under a cover.

Finally, add the rice to the pan and mix it properly. Add water and season with salt.

Chop fresh spinach and add to the frying pan, cook together and serve.
