Chocolate coconut bars are easy to make without cooking. Sweet refreshment that you can take wherever you go. This delicious coconut bar in chocolate is just what you need, to gain some energy, in the middle of the day. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 6 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
Directions:

Heat milk, sugar, and butter on low heat. Stir to melt butter. Melt the butter then take it off the heat.

Add unsweetened shredded coconut to it. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper, the size of the mold is 20x20cm. Flatten with a spatula. Freeze for about 1 hour.

Take out after 1 hour and cut into small pieces.

Take chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt over hot water. Melt well and take out.

Take a piece of coconut bar and drizzle chocolate on top. Put it on the parchment paper when it's done. Make all the coconut chocolate bars in turn. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Once chilled, take it out and enjoy! Optional: You can also drizzle chocolate on top as a decoration.
