Grilling some steak is always a good idea when preparing a meeting with family or friends. Grilled outdoor or inside in the oven it would be just perfect with some grilled vegetables, mushrooms, and a fresh salad with some tomatoes and olives. Served with a flatbread it is both tasty and juicy.

Ingredients:
  • 7 Oz. Potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil
  • 3 Large Tomatoes
  • 9 Small Mushrooms
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 7 Oz. Cherry tomato
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 3.5 Oz. Black olives
  • 3 Pieces Flatbread
  • 3 Handful of Mixed green salad
  • 3 Middle Green bell pepper
Directions:

Slice the potatoes and season them with salt and pepper. Slice the tomatoes.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place them on the grill.

Add the sliced potatoes and sliced tomatoes next to the steaks. Turn the steaks from time to time.

Prepare a salad. Slice the onion and the cucumber and add them to mixed greens. Add cherry tomatoes and black olives to them and mix them well.

Warm the flatbread. Serve the steaks with the salad and the flatbread. Enjoy!
