This pomegranate bracelet salad is easy and has a nice cavalcade of flavors. It is tasty with chicken breasts and a mix of vegetables, eggs, and spicy dressing. With the pomegranate seeds on the top, it is both fresh and delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 6 Large Carrots
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 5 Large Beetroots
  • 6 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Large Pomegranate
  • 6 Large Chicken breasts
  • Some Bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 0.4 Cup Olive oil
  • 10 Oz. Walnuts
  • 1 Large Lemon, to squeeze the juice
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
Directions:

Boil the vegetables (potatoes, beetroot, carrots) and the eggs.

Cook the chicken breasts in water. Season them with salt and pepper properly, add bay leaves.

Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Prepare a dressing by mixing the egg yolks with olive oil and lemon juice, mustard, and spices.

When the vegetables, eggs and the chicken breasts are cooked, shred them.

Put a big jar in the middle of a serving plate. Layer shredded potatoes around the jar. Season the salt and pepper. Use the dressing as glue between the layers. Cover it with a layer of dressing.

Add a layer of shredded chicken, another layer of dressing, a layer of shredded carrots, chopped walnuts, grated eggs, season with salt and pepper.

Add again a layer of dressing, a layer of shredded beetroot, again a layer of dressing. Pull out the jar from the middle of the serving plate. Finish with a layer of pomegranate.
