Ingredients:
  • For the dough
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour/Plain flour
  • 1/2 cup Boiling water
  • 5 tbsp. Cold Water
  • For the filling
  • 1 tbsp. All-purpose flour/Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:

Mix the flour with boiling water and then the cold water.

Knead the dough until is it not sticking to the bowl.

Pour some cooking oil on the top of the dough and let it rest for an hour.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and oil as the filling.

Roll out the dough, add the filling on top and brush it evenly on the surface.

Create a roll from the batter. Divide into 6 parts. Create a ball out of each.

Roll it out to form a round shape pancake.

Pour some oil on the frying pan. Fry it until golden brown on both sides.
