Ingredients:
  • 70 Oz. Beef with rib part
  • 13 Large Potatoes
  • 4 Large Onions
  • 7 Oz. Lamb fat (bacon)
  • Coriander seeds
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking oil
  • A bunch of Parsley, chopped
Directions:

Clean the potatoes. Clean the onions and slice. In a bigger frying pan, fry the potatoes in oil until light brown, take them out, and set them aside.

Cut the beef to a bigger steaks. Slice the lamb fat/bacon and dice.

Put the coriander seeds, cumin, salt, and black pepper into a mortar and crush them.

Fry the bacon on oil, take them out, and set it aside.

Put the beef slices on the pan with the oil from the bacon and fry it on both sides, season with the crushed spices. Then add the sliced onion and fry them together. Add some water to it and cover. Fry it together until the meat is soft.

Serve with chopped parsley, some pickled vegetables, and pita bread. Enjoy!
