Chef Jose Baca began his journey in the kitchen 18+ years ago. It all started in a small kitchen in Peru with Jose's great grandmother, Ricardina. The food served by his family has changed throughout the years but retained its amazing flavors from his great grandmother. Chef Baca has worked at 4 and 5 star/Diamond hotels and resorts including, Manhattan Beach Marriott, Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel, and Pyramid Hotel Group.
