Monika Ahlberg is one of Sweden’s most read cookbook authors and has published 22 titles to date. She is a self-taught chef who centers her work around ecological thinking, craftsmanship and the aesthetic of her recipes. Monika is a frequent food writer, popular course leader, and also an ambassador for Sweden’s small-scale food craftsmen. Monika has frequented Swedish radio and television. Today, Monika runs “Café Monika Ahlberg” at Thielska Galleriet in Stockholm. “I love everything that can be eaten and that belongs with a meal.
