Put 4 eggs in a pan with cold water.
Heat on medium heat and boil for about 8-10 minutes.
Take out the cooked eggs and put them in cold water for easier shelling.
When cool, shell the eggs and separate the yolks and whites.
Put the yolks in the bowl and the whites on the board.
Add mayonnaise to the egg yolks, sugar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper powder. Crushed with a fork and pressed into an egg yolk mash.
If the yolk is large it is recommended to put a little more mayonnaise and mix it.
Chop the egg white with a knife.
Put the chopped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Mix well.
4 slices of milk bread. Cut off four sides.
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap and put the bread slices on.
You can spread a little butter on top of the bread slices, you can omit it if you don't like it.
Put the finished egg mixture on it.
Cover the top with a slice of milk bread and smooth it around it.
Wrap it up with plastic wrap tightly.
