Ingredients:
  • Dough:
  • 2 Large Ripe banana
  • 0.5 Tbsp Instant yeast
  • 6 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Melted unsalted butter
  • 2.25 Cups Bread flour/All purpose flour/plain flour
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • Surface:
  • Milk
  • Unsalted butter
Directions:

Mash the bananas with a fork until it forms a puree. Add instant yeast, milk and melted butter and mix it properly.

Add flour and salt and mix until it forms a dough. Let it rise for about an hour.

Take out the dough and sip with flour properly. Form a round shape from it a divide it into half.

Divide each half into 8 equal parts. Create small balls out of it.

Take 2 molds and coat them with unsalted butter. Put the balls into the molds, cover, and let them rise for 50 minutes.

Then wash their top with milk.

Preheat the oven at 340 °F/170 °C, bake for 22 minutes.

After taking out past with melted unsalted butter. Let it cool and enjoy!
