  • 3 oz. Dry Rice Noodles
  • 1 lb. Beef Flank Steak
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • tsp. Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Oil
  • Cook The Beef
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 3 oz. Bean Sprout
  • tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 oz. Chives
  • 2 stalks of Green Onion

Boil a pot of hot water at about 90 degrees. Put the dry rice noodles in hot water to blanch for about 3 minutes and remove.

Slice beef and then size it.

Add cooking wine, baking soda powder, soy sauce, eggs, cornstarch and oil. Mix well.

Pour 2tbs of oil into the pan, turn on medium heat and fry both sides of the beef until golden brown.

Put the rice noodles to the pot, stir fry, then add and stir fry bean sprouts.
