Tender pieces of beef coated in a sweet and savory sauce, this beef stir-fry is very simple to make. Tender flank steak is especially tasty when sliced into thin strips and marinated. Make the takeout dish at home that’s easier than you think.

  • 1 lb Beef, Flank Steak, Thinly Sliced Against The Grain
  • 1.5 oz Onion, Shredded
  • 0.7 oz Green Onion, Cut Into 1.5 Inch Pieces
  • 2 oz Red And Green Bell Pepper, Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • 8 Dried Whole Chili Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine
  • 1.5 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Sugar

Mix sliced beef with 1 egg, ½ tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp red wine, and ½ tbsp cornstarch until all beef slices are coated with mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.

In a large skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic stir until fragrant.

Stir in dry chili pepper and onion for a minute.

Add beef, stir, then stir in rice wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

Add bell pepper and green onion. Stir until beef is cooked.
