A homemade beef sauce is great for when you are on the go. This rich, flavorful sauce can be preprepared so that when you need to grab a bite, you can pair it with bread, rice or noodles, making it both convenient and delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Shallots
  • ¼ cup Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ cup Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup Soybean Sauce
  • 1 cup Pixian Bean Paste
  • 1 cup Sweet Bean Sauce
  • ½ cup Crystal Sugar
  • 1 cup Peanuts

Dice the tenderloin.

Put 2tbsp of oil in the pan, turn the stove to medium-low heat, put the diced meat in the pan. (The meat has to stir-fry to fragrant and thoroughly simmered to make it delicious.)

Stir-fry until the meat turns golden brown.

Pour 2 cups of oil into the pan, turn on low heat, and add the shallots. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. ( Shallots have a high moisture content, so it must be boiled first to neutralize it with onion, ginger, and garlic.)

Then add the minced garlic and fry for 1 minute.

Next add the chopped green onions and fry for 1 minute. Then add Soybean Sauce, Pixian Bean Paste, Sweet Bean Sauce, Diced Pork, Crystal Sugar.

And finally add roasted peanuts. Stir well.

You have to keep stirring when you make the sauce, otherwise, it will stick to the pot. After cooling, put the prepared sauce in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator. You can use it as a dip for bread, or mix it with bibimbap, or noodles and stir-fried vegetables when you want to eat it. Put the cooked sauce in a bottle, and every time use a clean spoon to take it to extend the storage time.
