Julienne cut onion and carrot, and thinly slice lotus root and garlic. Peel the shrimp and wash in cold running water. Leave on a strainer to remove water and marinate with salt and pepper.
When making curry, we wonder what it would taste like with all these different ingredients. Today we have simmered some mild, creamy curry with shrimp. It goes perfectly well with rice or bread. Enjoy it to your taste!
