These cheese strips are tasty and healthier than french fries. Just try this easy recipe of strips baked in the oven and enjoy as a side dish to any drink or even a dish.

Ingredients:
  • 7 tbsp. Salted butter
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1.15 cup Cake flour
  • 1.7 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Mozzarella cheese, cut into very small pieces. Sliced, then cut into strips, then into small cubes. Sliced ​​and set aside in a bowl.

Mix salted butter with sugar with a hand mixer.

Beat in mixer until well combined and white.

Add 1 egg and mix it properly.

Mix it with a spatula and add cake flour and mix well.

Then add the previously cut mozzarella cheese and mix well.

Place in a piping bag. Piping bag a strip of approx. 10cm. If you don't have a round spout, you can just use one.
