Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1.62 cup Milk
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

In a large bowl, mix oats, eggs, yeast, sugar, and milk well.

Then let the oats soak for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, check if the oats are softened.

Add all-purpose flour and salt and mix into the dough.

Knead into dough. After forming the dough, transfer it to the mat and continue kneading. It takes about 2 minutes to knead. Then round it up. Flattening.

Roll into a large sheet, about 1cm thick. You just need a cup or round mold. Press out one by one the round pieces of dough. Tear off the excess pieces of dough. Put them aside.

Cover with the lid after flipping and continue to cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and flip. Fry until both sides are golden brown, and it's ready to serve. Very soft looks are so tempting.
