The Korean Noodle with Soy Sauce is the first recipe in the row of noodle recipes and is an easy tasty noodle soup. Made with ground beef, cucumber, garlic, and spicy soy sauce it is a perfect dish for a hot dinner.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Large Cucumber
  • 2.8 Oz. Ground beef
  • 1 Handful of Baby leaves
  • 1 Large Green chili
  • 7 Oz. Thin noodles
  • Sesame seeds
  • Beef sauce:
  • 1/2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • Pepper
  • Noodle sauce:
  • 2.5 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oligosaccharide
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • Pepper
Directions:

Cut the cucumber into long strips and add salt. Cut green chili into rings. Put baby leaves into cold water and remove moisture.

Mix all noodle sauce ingredients.

Drizzle some oil in a pot and stir-fry marinated beef.

Put the thin noodles in boiling water and stir well to keep the noodles from sticking together. When the water boils up, pour a half cup of cold water. Repeat this 3-4 times until the noodles are cooked. Wash the noodles in cold running water to remove starch. Place the noodles on a strainer.

Mix the noodles with soy sauce mixture and fried beef in a bowl.

Put noodles with soy sauce in a bowl and add baby leaves, cucumber, green chili, and sesame seeds on the top.

Sprinkle sesame seed and enjoy.
