Ingredients:
  • Lavender sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. Fine salt
  • 1/4 cup Lavender beads
  • Granola
  • cup Rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Almonds shaved
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Dried cherries
  • Yogurt
  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cherry
  • 1 ea. Banana
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds

Preheat the oven to 300°F/150°C.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, coconut oil, vanilla, salt and lavender. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and set to the side.

In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, ground flaxseeds, and shredded coconut. Mix in the honey lavender sauce with a spatula. Spread granola on a parchment-lined baking sheet (or use a silicone mat if you have one). Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until evenly golden brown (it will continue to crisp as it cools). While cooling, fold in dried cherries.

Cool completely and enjoy over yogurt, fresh fruit, or by the handful.
