Ingredients:
  • Spicy stir-fried Pork:
  • 14 Oz. Sliced Pork
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 10 Large Perilla leaf
  • 1/2 Large Green onion
  • 1 Large Green chili pepper
  • 1 Large Red chili pepper
  • Sesame
  • Spicy Sauce:
  • 3 Tbsp Gochujang (Red pepper paste)
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Red pepper powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oligosaccharide
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger powder
  • Pepper
Directions:

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice onion and perilla leaves, then cut red chili pepper sideways.

Mix all the ingredients for seasoning in a medium-sized bowl. Put the pork and rub well with the spices. Add onion and spring onion, then marinate for 20 minutes.

Put oil on a pan and stir-fry. When the meat is completely cooked, add cheongyang pepper, red chili pepper, and sesame oil, and mix well.

Place the pork on a plate, and garnish with sliced perilla leaves and sesame seeds.
