  • — BELLY FAT BURNER —
  • ½ cup lemon
  • ½ cup ginger
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • — CHIA LEMONADE —
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • — RED BEAN SOUP —
  • 1 cup red bean
  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 4 cups water
Directions:

— BELLY FAT BURNER — Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour contents through a strainer to remove remaining solids. Enjoy!

— CHIA LEMONADE — Squeeze lemon juice into a jug. Add the seeds, water, and honey. Enjoy!

— RED BEAN SOUP — Soak the red beans and barley in water for two hours. Add both to a pot and bring to boil over high heat. Enjoy!
