The Korean Street Toast is the second egg recipe in a row. It is easy and simple, needs only some eggs and vegetables, some Cheddar and ham, and have your hot sandwich ready.

Ingredients:
  • 4 Pieces White bread
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 2 Slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Slices Ham
  • 4 Pieces of Cabbage
  • 1/4 Large Carrot
  • 1/3 Large Onion
  • 2 Large Spring onion
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Apple jam
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:

Slice cabbage thinly, soak in cold water, and remove moisture from the cabbage.

Dice the carrots and onions and chop the green onions.

Put three eggs, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly with carrots, onions, green onions, green onions, and cabbage.

Melt the butter in a pan and toast the bread evenly on both sides.
