The Egg Fried Rice is the first in a row of easy and simple egg dishes. It is quick and easy, with just a few eggs and steamed rice, some shame, and green onions. It is ready in a few minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Large Egg,
  • 2 Cups Steamed rice
  • 1/2 Large Green onion
  • 2.1 Oz. Spam ham
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper
Directions:

Slice the green onions thinly. Then cut spam into small cubes.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and make the egg mixture.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry green onions for 1 minute, then stir-fry with spam.

Pour the egg mixture on one side of the pan and gently scramble the eggs.

Add rice and seasoning ingredients and stir-fry evenly.
