Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
Directions:

Mix flour, salt, sugar, and water. When it forms a batter add again some water.

Mix until it develops a light consistency. Add cooking oil and mix into the batter.

Take a frying pan and heat on medium-low heat, coat with cooking oil.

Take the butter and form a pancake shape on the pan. Fry and turn frequently. Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, so it can puff up.

Cover with a sheet when done, and when all done the inside of the flatbread is also very soft. Enjoy!
