For today, I brought a series of sandwiches, continuing from the Kimbap series, for your lunch box preparation. From the fruit sandwich with colorful fruit bits, egg sandwich that fits every occasion, easy-to-make Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich, red pickle chicken breast sandwich with lovable color and taste, and to Bulgogi sandwich that can replace a full course of the meal, have a weekend trip with the lunch box full of delicious sandwiches!

Ingredients:
  • [Fruit Sandwiches]
  • 4 Slices Bread
  • Any Fruits You Want(I prepared strawberries, kiwi, canned peaches, and grapes)
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • [Egg Sandwiches]-2 servings
  • Basic: 4 Sliced bread
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1/4 Large Onion
  • 6 Large Lettuce leaves
  • 3 Large Pickled cucumber
  • Radish sprouts
  • Salt
  • Sauce: 3tbsp Mayonnaise, ½tbsp Mustard, Salt, Pepper
  • Spread Sauce: 1 ½tbsp Mayonnaise, ½tbsp Mustard
  • [Banh Mi Sandwich]-2 servings
  • Basic: 300g Boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 Large Baguette
  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 1/2 Large Carrot
  • 1/6 Large Radish
  • 2 Large Hot green chili
  • Coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar mixture: 3tbsp Vinegar, 3tbsp Sugar, 1tsp Salt
  • Sauce mixture: 2tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Cooking wine, 1/2tbsp Oyster sauce, 1/2tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Sugar, Pepper - Spread Sauce: 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce, 1tsp Oligosaccharide
  • [Red Cabbage Pickle & Chicken Breast Sandwich Ingredients]
  • 2 Large Sliced bread
  • 1 Large Chicken breast
  • 1/4 Cup Red cabbage pickle
  • 1/4 Cup Teriyaki sauce
  • Arugula
  • Spread Sauce: 2tbsp Mayonnaise, 1/2tbsp Mustard
  • [Pickled Onions & Bulgogi Sandwich Ingredients] -2 servings
  • Spread Sauce
  • Arugula
  • 2 Sliced Tomatoes
  • 2.8 Oz. Sliced beef
  • Pickled onions
  • Spread Sauce: 1/2 Tsp Wholegrain Mustard, 1 Tsp Mustard, 1 Tsp Honey, 4 Tsp Mayonnaise

Prepare the sandwiches as per the video.

[Fruit Sandwiches] Prepare the fruits and whip the heavy cream with sugar. Paste the cream on the sandwiches and put the fruits inside. Cover with a layer of cream and create a sandwich.

[Egg Sandwiches] Slice the vegetables, cook the eggs. Prepare the sauce and the spread sauce. Create the egg salad by chopping the whites and straining the yolks, mixing all of the ingredients together. Put together the sandwich: Paste the spread sauce on the bread slices, put some leaves of lettuce and add some egg salad on it. Add some shredded onion and tomato on the top of it and some radish sprout. Finish with a layer of bread.

[Banh Mi Sandwich] Prepare the vegetables. Prepare the sauces and marinade the chicken and the vegetables. Pan-fry the chicken pieces. Paste the spread sauce on the baguettes. Add cucumber and the chicken Add the vegetables on the top and finish the baguette.

[Red Cabbage Pickle & Chicken Breast Sandwich Ingredients] Pickle some red cabbage, roast some chicken breasts. Paste spread sauce on the bed, add some leaves of arugula, layer the chicken breasts. Add the pickled red cabbage to the top and finish the sandwich.

[Pickled Onions & Bulgogi Sandwich Ingredients] Pickle some onion. Prepare the spread sauce. Paste some spread sauce on the bread, add arugula, tomato, Bulgogi, and pickled onion on the top and finish the sandwich with another piece of bread.
