Ingredients:
  • CHIA EGG:
  • 1 Tbsp Ground chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • BLUEBERRY BANANA CHIA SMOOTHIE:
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Large Frozen banana
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • CHOCOLATE CHERRY CHIA BITES:
  • 1 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Dried cherries
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate chips

CHIA EGG: Combine chia seeds and water in a small bowl and mix well. Pop in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to thicken up.

BLUEBERRY BANANA CHIA SMOOTHIE: Pop everything in the blender and blend until thick and creamy. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE CHERRY CHIA BITES: Combine everything in a large bowl and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the 'dough' and roll into a ball. Place on a plate or quarter sheet pan lined with parchment paper and repeat until you have finished all the dough should have 20 balls. Place in the fridge until firm.
