Like an easy and convenient fried rice. So we are going to take the leftover bacon and garlic from the fridge and make bacon garlic fried rice. Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Green onion
  • 3 Large Garlic
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Steamed rice
  • 4 Slices Bacon
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cooking oil
  • Seasonings:
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions:

Chop the green onions and slice the garlic thinly. Then cut the bacon into bite-size pieces and beat the eggs in a bowl to make an egg wash.

Grease a heated pan and add the beaten eggs to make scrambled eggs. Then pour them into a bowl.

Grease a heated pan with oil, then stir-fry the green onion and garlic slices. Then add in the bacon. (You can add pepperoncini to make it spicy, depending on your preference.)

Stir-fry the rice and seasonings evenly, then add scrambled eggs and mix lightly. Add sesame oil at the end.

Put the fried rice in a bowl and sprinkle on some sesame seeds. (You can enjoy it with seaweed powder depending on your preference.)
