Today, I made Banana Bread Roll Toast! It tastes really sweet when eaten with cinnamon sugar! Great for home brunch and great for kids’ snacks I hope everyone enjoys it!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2 Slices White bread
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 tbsp. Milk
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Butter (or cooking oil)
Directions:

Cut the edge of the bread.

Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.

Cut the banana into the shape you want and cook it golden brown in butter.

Add 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to make the egg mixture.

Put the baked banana on white bread, spread the egg mixture on the edge, and roll it up.

Dip the rolled toast in egg mixture and cook it in a pan with butter or cooking oil.

Combine the cinnamon powder and sugar and roll the rolled toast.

Serve your favorite toppings on a plate and enjoy!
