In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolk and sugar until well combined, about 3 minutes constantly and you’ll notice the yolks will lighten slightly.
Tap on the sugar coating and crack to enjoy! Some of you may not be so familiar with Crème Brûlée. It is a French dessert that is basically cold custard cream with caramelized sugar on the top. Enjoy this fantastic light dessert for any occasion.
