Ingredients:

1 Piece Egg
1 Tsp Instant yeast
1/4 Tsp Baking soda
0.67 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Baking powder
0.85 Cup Lukewarm water
2 Cups All-purpose flour
1 Cup Chopped green onion
Oil

Directions:

Mix the yeast, eggs, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and water.

Add the flour and mix it properly.

Let the dough rise for about an hour to double its size.

Add chopped green onion to the dough and mix it properly.

Pour oil on the rolling board and put oil on your hands. Create small round flat donuts from that.

Pour enough oil into a frying pan and wait until the oil temperature is 360 °F/180 °C. Fry the donuts until golden brown.
