Ingredients:
  • 4 Sheets Dried Seaweeds
  • 1 Steamed rice
  • 6 Slices Cheese
  • 8 Leaves Lettuce
  • Cooking oil
  • Seasonings for Rice:
  • 1 Tsp Sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spam & Stir-fried Kimchi:
  • 4 Large Spam
  • 1 Cup Kimchi
  • Seasonings for Stir-fried Kimchi:
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • Tuna mayo:
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 Large Cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Salt
Directions:

Slice the cucumber thinly and soak it in pickled water for about 10 minutes. Put the pickled cucumbers on a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise and pepper.

Season the rice with sesame oil and a little salt.

Cut the spam into 1cm pieces and bake it until golden brown. Stir-fry the chopped kimchi and seasonings in a pan.

Cut to the center of the seaweed with scissors. Fold cheese, rice, fried kimchi, spam, and lettuce clockwise on all four corners.

Fold the tuna mayo in the same way.

Wrap your kimbap, cut it in half, and enjoy!
