Ingredients:
  • 10 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Large Carrot
  • 4 Large Chives
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/3 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking wine
  • Pepper, to taste
Directions:

Chop small green onion and mince carrot into small pieces.

Add egg, salt, and cooking wine into the bowl and stir until the egg is beaten.

Add chopped small green onion and carrot to the mixture of eggs.

Put a little bit of cooking oil in a pan heated to medium-low heat and pour the egg mixture. When the top of the mixture is half-cooked, start rolling the omelet.

Slide the rolled eggs toward the edge of the pan and pour the egg mixture and roll it repeatedly 5~6 times.

Cool down the rolled omelet and slice it to enjoy.
