This puff pastry bread made on a pan is an easy and tasty breakfast for the whole family. Easy-made dough prepared with flour, sugar, dry yeast, and water. The flavor of the oil dough makes this pastry even more delicious. With the sesame seeds on the top and fried to a golden brown, it is even better than you imagine.

Ingredients:
  • For the dough:
  • 0.68 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp. Instant/active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour/plain flour
  • For the oil dough:
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 11 tbsp. Flour
  • 7 tbsp. Melted unsalted butter
  • For the topping:
  • 3 tbsp. Sesame seeds
Directions:

Mix the yeast, sugar, and water. Then add the flour and mix well. Knead the dough until it is forming a non-sticky flour.

Let the dough rise to double size for about an hour.

Prepare the oil dough. Mix sugar, flour, and melted unsalted butter.

Take the dough and roll it out. Paste the oil mix on the top of the rolled dough.

Roll the dough and divide it into 8 parts. Then work with each part separately.

Take one part, roll it slightly and then fold the ends of the dough as per the video. When ready roll it out a little and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Let the small breads proofing for about 30 minutes.

Put some oil in a frying pan and fry them on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
