What kind of dish is coming up when you hear about Vietnamese food? Rice paper rolls are one of the most famous Vietnamese dishes. Simple but tasty so it’s highly recommended for a house party with close family and friends. Plenty of colors and various kinds of food such as meat, vegetables, and fish. Serve the rolls with Chili sauce, fish sauce, and peanut sauce. Kids are going to love this!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Large Paprika (each 1/2 red, orange, yellow paprikas)
  • 1.7 Oz. Pineapple
  • 1/2 Large Onion
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 3.5 Oz. Shrimp
  • 10 Large Cherry tomatoes
  • Red cabbage
  • 15 Pieces Rice paper
  • Romaine
  • Coriander
  • SAUCE:
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Sweet peanut sauce
Directions:

Cut chives 4cm long. Slice paprika, purple cabbage, carrot, perilla leaves into 4cm long. Cut pineapple 3cm long. Bath shrimps in boiling water. Break eggs, mix enough in a bowl. Add enough oil to a frying pan, fry egg mixture, and slice into 4cm long.

Place prepared ingredients on a large dish and make a dipping sauce. Bath rice papers in warm water for 3~5 seconds and drain.

Place wet rice papers on a plate, place shrimp, vegetables, and fruits in the middle.

Fold the bottom side of the rice paper up first, fold both sides, and roll.

Combine minced peppers and fish sauce, mix well. Serve the dipping with sweet chili and peanut sauce.
