Ingredients:
  • 4.5 Tbsp Corn oil
  • 4 Tbsp Whole milk
  • 0.7 Cup Cake flour
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 0.45 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 5.6 Tbsp Caster sugar
  • Condenced Milk
Directions:

Mix corn oil with milk and add flour. Mix until it forms a dough.

Divide egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the dough.

Add lemon juice to the egg whites and beat it for 5 minutes, then add the caster sugar on 3 times.

Add the beaten egg whites to the dough and mix it.

Pour it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, 340 °F/170 °C. Bake for 35 minutes.

When done take down the parchment paper and make some strips at the beginning of the dough.

Paste condensed milk to the top and roll the dough carefully. Keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
