COOKING TIME: 35 min
TOTAL TIME: 50 min
4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 tbsp. Corn oil
  • 4 tbsp. Whole milk
  • 0.7 cup Cake flour
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 0.45 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 5.6 tbsp. Caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Condenced Milk
Directions:
1
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2
In a mixing bowl, combine the corn oil, milk, and cake flour. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
3
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the dough mixture and mix until well combined.
4
In another clean mixing bowl, add the egg whites and lemon juice. Beat the egg whites using a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the caster sugar in three additions, beating until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
5
Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk and flour mixture until well combined.
6
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when lightly pressed.
7
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and carefully peel off the parchment paper. Make shallow cuts along one edge of the cake.
8
Drizzle condensed milk evenly over the surface of the cake. Starting from the edge with the cuts, carefully roll the cake into a log shape. Use the parchment paper to help you roll the cake evenly. Place the rolled cake in the refrigerator for about an hour to chill and set.
9
Once chilled, slice the condensed milk roll cake into portions and serve. Enjoy!
