These Superfood Smoothies are healthy, light, and delicious refreshments. No added sugar, just fruits, and veggies. Help to restart your body and support your metabolism with these refreshing smoothies!

Ingredients:
  • Berry Coconut Smoothie:
  • 1 tbsp. Raw virgin coconut oil

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup Blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Canned coconut milk (shake well before opening)
  • 5 Pieces Ice cubes

  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

  • Optional as a meal shake: add in 1 scoop of your favorite or unflavored protein powder
  • Island Dream Smoothie:
  • 1 cup Coconut water (or in alternative use regular water)

  • 1 tbsp. Raw virgin coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp. Organic spirulina powder

  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple

  • 1 Piece Frozen banana

  • 1 Packet Stevia (or favorite no calories sweetener)

  • Handful of spinach

  • 5 Pieces Ice cubes
  • Ultimate Superfood Smoothie
  • 1 cup Unsweetened canned coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1/3 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp. Maca powder
  • 1 tsp. Raw cacao powder

  • 1 tsp. Your favorite super greens powder
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla Protein Powder (or your favorite protein powder)
  • 1 tsp. Acai powder or Gogi powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil

  • 6 Pieces Ice cubes
Directions:

Berry Coconut Smoothie: Add berries, coconut oil, and ice cubes in a blender container. Pour almond milk and coconut milk; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Island Dream Smoothie: Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Ultimate Superfood Smoothie: In a blender pitcher, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
