  • 12 oz. pork belly
  • ½ cup yellow cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rock sugar
  • ¼ cup water

Cut pork belly into 1-inch cubes.

In a large skillet over medium heat, stir and cook pork until golden brown.

Add yellow wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and stir fry until pork becomes dark brown.

Add 1/4 cup of water, mix well, cover and simmer for about 45-60 minutes over medium-low heat until there's a glaze on the pork.
