  • 3 Tbsp Hot water
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Cup 2% milk

Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl. Add the water and honey to the matcha powder and whisk well.

In a small pot, heat the milk over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle simmer.

To froth the milk, transfer the milk to a heat-proof measuring cup. Using a handheld milk frother, aerate the milk until it is frothy.
