  • 1/2 Cup Cooking oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup 2% milk
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup, divided
  • 1 Large Banana, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped walnuts
  • Tropical Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup Quick-cooking oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup 2% milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Large Kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut chips
  • Tart Cherry & Super Seed Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Cup Quick-cooking oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Tart cherry juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tsp Hemp hearts

Banana Nut Oatmeal: In a small pot, combine the oats, water, milk, and half of the maple syrup. Heat the mixture over medium heat until the liquid begins to simmer. Stir constantly, until the oats have absorbed the liquid and are tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately topped with bananas, walnuts, and some more maple syrup.
