Thai Laab Cabbage Wraps are like Thai-style tacos except the wrap is made of refreshing cabbage. The spice on the minced chicken goes so well with the wrap and the whole thing is simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Mae ploy sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 medium Lime juice
  • 1 small Red Thai chili peppers
  • ㅤCook The Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Coldwater
  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp. Mae ploy sweet chili sauce, divided
  • 2 tbsp. Bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 medium Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. Thai seasonings
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, finely chopped

First dice the cucumber, red and yellow carrot, cilantro and the red bell pepper into the minced pieces then put in a bowl.

Add fish sauce, Mae Ploy, Coconut Aminos, half a lime's juice and red Thai chili peppers, and stir well.

Heat your skillet or wok over high heat. Once you add 1⁄2 cups of hot water and place the minced chicken in- cooking for approximately 6-8 mins.

Add Mae ploy sweet chili sauce, bell pepper, fish sauce, coconut Aminos, and Thai seasonings, stir well.

Add finely chopped cilantro and lime juice.

Place the minced chicken into your mixing bowl making sure to eliminate any excess water.
