  • 10 oz. Beef
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Marinade]
  • 1 count Egg [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch [Marinade]
  • 1.5 tbsp. Garlic, Minced
  • 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 2 oz. Onion
  • 1 oz. Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 oz. Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce [Seasoning]
  • 0.5 tbsp. Oyster Sauce [Seasoning]
  • 0.5 tsp. Sugar [Seasoning]
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper [Seasoning]
  • 1 tbsp. Pine Nuts
  • 2 count Kiwi Fruit
  • 4 count Lettuce Leaves

Cut beef into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the diced beef, 1tbsp/15ml soy sauce, 1tbsp/10g corn starch, mix well, marinate for 1 hour.

Cut green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion into small dices

Peel the kiwi and mince it.

Mince the garlic.

In a cooking pot over high heat, add a tablespoon of oil, stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant.

Add marinated beef. Stir-fry until brown.

Then add 2 oz/50g diced onion, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper to taste. Stir-fry to mix well.

Place the lettuce leaves on serving plates, and top each leaf with the stir-fried beef mixture.
