Ingredients:
  • 3 Large Chicken leg quarters
  • 3 Slices Ginger
  • 2 Stalks Green onion
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper powder
  • 1 qt. Salted chicken stock
  • 1 cup Gingko nuts
Directions:

Place sliced chicken quarters, green onions, Shaoxing wine, salt, and ground white pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated. Marinate for at least 5 minutes.

Transfer to the marinated chicken in a large pot together with chicken stock, and ginkgo nuts.

Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce it to a simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.

Serve immediately.
