Ingredients:
  • 1.5 lb. Chicken Legs
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. Light Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil [Marinate chicken]
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil [Saute chicken at the beginning]
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Chili pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Shallot
  • 1 tbsp. Chili paste
  • 1 tsp. Light Soy Sauce [Saute chicken]
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar [Marinate chicken]
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Scallion
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch and Water
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil [Saute chicken at the till the end]
  • 2 tsp. Sichuan pepper oil
  • [Seasoning]
  • 1 tsp. Salt [Marinate chicken]
  • 1 Pinch Salt [saute chicken]
Directions:

Cut the chicken into several pieces and put in a bowl, add salt, corn starch, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil and stir them.

Cut two pieces of garlic, ginger, cut the shallot, chili pepper, red and green bell pepper.

Add oil in a pan and put the chicken in, then stir-fry. When it is ready, put the chicken on a plate. Then add garlic, ginger, chili pepper, bell pepper, shallot, chili paste in the pan and stir a bit, then add the light soy sauce, sugar and put the chicken back and stir-fry together.

Add green onion, cooking wine, cornstarch and water, oil, Sichuan pepper oil, and stir for some minutes. When it is ready, enjoy.
