Recipe
PRE TIME: 1 hr
COOKING TIME: 30 min
TOTAL TIME: 1 hr 30 min
4 SERVING
Ingredients:
  • 1.4 oz. Fresh yeast
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2.2 Pounds Flour
  • 0.17 cup Oil
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 0.7 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 4.4 oz. Margarine
Directions:
1
Crumble yeast add sugar and stir. Once the yeast is raised up we are going to make our bread.
2
Leave the yeast for 7 to 10 minutes to work.
3
Add flour then add yeast and stir. Add water, oil, and salt and stir again.
4
All ingredients will be mixed together. Then we will add just as much flour so the dough gets a smooth texture and does not stick to your hands you need to make soft dough.
5
The easiest way to do this is by turning the dish around take the flour and thought of the edges and put it in the middle. Add more flour and finish kneading.
6
Now finish kneading on the table first drag all the edges in the middle it's still sticky. At the end use both hands to push the dough like this with fingers. Pull the dough toward yourself and with the palms you're pushing the dough down.
7
Collect the flour from the table it's still a bit sticky. It's almost done but it's a bit sticky so add a bit more flour and turn it over put the edges in the middle and soon our dough is done.
8
Sprinkle the bowl with a bit of flour. Place the dough and sprinkle with flour over the top and leave it to rest for about 30 minutes. Use a dishcloth to cover the dough so it doesn't dry out.
9
Sprinkle some flour on the top of the table. Place dough on the table.
10
Use a cup to get circle shapes. If the dough is thicker you will get less of them, if it is thinner you will get more. After cutting the dough we will use the leftovers to finish our bread.
11
We'll take one piece of dough and roll it into a bowl shape. Than we will place this bowl in a pot grease the bowl with melted butter or margarine place the first circle on the top of the bowl.
12
Grace it and proceed with the next one we will place it around two-thirds of previous circle. We will repeat this action again all circles need to be greased with melted butter or margarine.
13
We will repeat the process with smaller shapes by placing the bowl and the circles on the top. Don't forget to place a piece of dough on the bottom. For the final center shape, we have made a strip and rolled it also graced it.
14
Leave the bread for some 15 to 20 minutes to rest and then we will bake. Preheat your oven to about 390 °F/200 °C.
15
After 15 minutes we will coat this bread with one egg. Bake for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
