Ingredients:
  • Warm water
  • 13 tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Jam
  • 5 tbsp. Ground hazelnuts
  • 3.5 oz. Ground biscuits
  • 2 tbsp. Cocoa
  • 4 tbsp. Oil
  • 13 tbsp. Soft flour
  • 1 tbsp. Baking soda
  • Cream
  • 4.4 oz. Softened margarine
  • 3.5 oz. Powdered sugar
  • 7 oz. Lean biscuits
  • 3.5 oz. Roasted ground hazelnuts
  • 3.5 oz. Dark lean chocolate
  • 0.7 cup Orange juice
  • Glaze
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • 3.5 oz. Cocoa board

Mix water with sugar.

Add jam, hazelnuts, biscuits, cocoa powder, and cooking oil, and mix properly.

Preheat the oven to 356 °F/180 °C. Add flour and baking soda.

Coat the baking tray with oil and a little flour. Pour the dough into the tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Mix soft margarine with sugar with a hand mixer.

Add ground biscuits and mix with hand mixer.

Add roasted blended hazelnuts, chocolate, and orange juice and continue to mix with a hand mixer.

The baked dough should be cold now. Take the cream and paste it on the top of the dough evenly.

Put the chocolate and oil in the microwave to melt them.
