  • 12 oz. Chicken Breast
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.3 cup Cornstarch
  • 0.1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Chili Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 pinch Sesame
  • 1 pinch Salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper, to taste

Cut the chicken into strips and season with salt, pepper, egg, and cornstarch.

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil to 400°F/200°C. Add chicken pieces and fry until golden, about 8 minutes in total.

Now, prepare the Gochujang (a.k.a Korean chili sauce) by adding oil, chopped garlic, chili sauce, water, and honey to a skillet.

Let the mixture cook until bubbling and slightly thickened.

Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss to coat evenly.
