Meatballs and tomato sauce are a classic combination. This recipe will show you an easy way to add this dish to your repertoire. You can eat them by themselves or have them with your spaghetti, but either way, they are simply delicious!

  • 1 1/2 lb. Ground Pork
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Shaoxing Wine
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Celery, Diced
  • 2 tbsp. Onion, Diced
  • ㅤ ㅤ ㅤPanfry The Meatballs
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • ㅤStirfry The Meatballs
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Mashed Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion, Diced
  • 2 medium Tomato, Diced
  • tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Green Peas
  • 2 tbsp. Slurry( 1 Tbsp of Cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )
  • 5 oz. Cooked Pasta

In a large mixing bowl, add all 【Meatballs】ingredients and Stir well.

Make the mixed meat into small meatballs.

Put the meatballs in a pot, pour 1/4 cup of oil on medium heat, and fry them until both sides turn golden brown then remove them.

In a medium fry-pan add oil, garlic, onion, tomato, tomato paste, chicken broth, sugar, salt, and meatballs. Stir all the ingredients well.

Finally add green peas and slurry. stir well.
