  • 2 cup Potato
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Parsley [For Garnish]
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Put the potatoes in a large pot with boiling water, sprinkle some salt. Cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, using a sharp knife, make a few shallow cuts on the skin side of the salmon. Season with salt and spread olive oil to cover the surface well.

Warm up a skillet with medium-high heat, pour in olive oil. Put in the salmon and saute well. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
