Seasoned salmon with salt and freshly ground black pepper and wrap the Parma ham around the fillets, this is a delicious and easy way to make a delicious dinner with salmon.

Ingredients:
  • 200 g Salmon
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 slice Prosciutto
  • 6 sprig Thyme
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 cup Shishito Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Onion, minced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • For the cream cheese rolls
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry

Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C.

Remove salmon skin. Cut salmon in half. Marinate salmon fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice on both sides.

Transfer the salmon fillets into a skillet. Pan-sear salmon fillets until golden brown and set aside.

Lay the Parma Ham slices on a work surface and place the thyme, butter and salmon fillets on top. Wrap the ham as tightly as possible.

Add shishito pepper in the same skillet. Add minced garlic, onion, chopped cherry tomatoes and wrapped ham. Season with salt, pepper and chicken broth until tender.

To make pastry side dish: Add cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Stir well.

Fill the puff pastry with cream cheese mixture and roll it. Cut the rolls into small pieces and bake at 400°F/200°C for 17 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the ham salmon with the pastry.
